Anxiety & overwhelm

Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, irritability, perfectionism, or a constant sense that something bad is about to happen. We work on the whole picture—body, beliefs, and behavior—so you are not just coping on the surface.

Couples & relationships

You might be tired of the same argument, afraid of being “too much,” or grieving a version of the relationship you thought you would have. Couples therapy is not about picking sides—it is about understanding the cycle you are stuck in and learning how to repair, reconnect, and mean what you say.

Trauma & difficult pasts

Trauma can live in flashbacks, numbness, shame, or a hair-trigger sense of danger. Healing does not mean reliving everything at once. It means building safety, choice, and self-trust—then processing what you are ready to process, at a pace your nervous system can handle.
