Hi—I am really glad you are here.
I tend to work with thoughtful, high-empathy people who are exhausted from holding everything together. You might look fine on the outside while privately running on fumes. If that is you, you are not dramatic—you are human, and your body might finally be asking for support.
In sessions, I bring warmth and straight talk. We will name what is hurting, what you want instead, and what has gotten in your way—then practice new ways of responding that line up with who you want to be. You will not be rushed past your limits, and you will not be left floating without direction, either.
Therapy is not magic, and it is not a lecture. It is a relationship where you can tell the truth, try new skills, and build steadiness over time. If you are not sure yet, that is okay. A short consultation can answer your questions—no pressure to commit beyond what feels right.
