- We start with what brought you in and what you are hoping to change and/or achieve. We will then discuss how our therapeutic relationship can feel safe, intentional, and judgment-free.
- It is a 15-minute complimentary phone conversation to discuss your hopes from therapy, your questions, and assess whether we might be a good fit.
- I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance plans (in-network). For all other insurance plans, I am an out-of-network (OON) provider and can provide a superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company to seek full or partial reimbursement. If you have questions about coverage or OON reimbursement, I’d be happy to discuss this further during our initial phone consultation or via email.
- Individual therapy sessions are $150.
- Couples counseling sessions are $200.
- Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle.
- No-call/no-show appointments or late cancellations without 24 hours’ notice will be billed at the full session fee.
- To prevent large accrued balances that could affect continued psychotherapy, you will receive additional notification when your balance reaches $400. You will be asked to pay at least one session’s fee before your next appointment so your balance does not exceed $500. Payment plans are available and can be discussed at any time.
- Yes, I currently only offer virtual sessions.
- Yes. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures. I use your name and pronouns, respect how you describe yourself, and offer therapy that supports you without questioning your identity.
