- What happens in the first session?
- We start with what brought you in, what you are hoping might change, and what feels scary or awkward about therapy itself. You do not owe me your whole life story on day one—we go at the speed that feels workable for you.
- How long will I be in therapy?
- It depends on your goals, how often we meet, and what you are carrying. Some people want focused, shorter-term work; others want longer support while big life shifts settle. We will check in regularly so therapy still feels useful—not endless.
- Do you offer virtual sessions?
- Yes, I currently only offer virtual sessions.
- What is a consultation call?
- It is a short, complimentary conversation to see if we are a good match. You can ask how I work, what sessions look like, and any practical questions you have—before you decide whether to book ongoing therapy.
